Mike Lundstrom has worked for 35 years on a wide variety of projects in the fields of environmental engineering, science and approvals, hydrology, hydrogeology, soil science, remote sensing, field/mining geology and engineering geology. He has worked as an environmental manager, as a field scientist and as a consultant. Mike has extensive experience working with government and private sector on resource approvals, development and regional planning.
Bronwyn Woodward

Senior Environmental Consultant
Bronwyn has over eight years experience working in environmental consulting, specialising in water and soil investigations and management. She has experience in completing water management plans/strategies, groundwater and surface water investigations and acid sulfate soil and contaminated soil investigations. This includes the installation and monitoring of numerous groundwater wells and preparation of aquifer review reports and environmental impact statements for mining companies. She has also advised on environmental management of construction in environmental sensitive areas. In addition to her role at Lundstrom, Bronwyn is currently completing a PhD Project at the University of Western Australia looking at wind and buoyancy driven circulation in Lake Argyle.
Vanessa Pez

Vanessa has a background in environmental engineering having graduated with honours from the Centre for Water Research (CWR) at the University of Western Australia. She worked several years in the operations department of Water Corporation WA as Operations Engineer for the Perth water supply system. She has also worked as a Supporting Project Manager coordinating feasibility studies and approvals for a large power plant as part of a gold mining development, and has recently worked for the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety as an SCL2 environmental officer within the environmental compliance team. She has over 7 years experience working in environmental consultancy, mainly in the mining sector.
Amanda Broome
BSc (Environmental and Marine Science), Post Grad Dip (Geographic Information Science)
Environmental Consultant
Amanda has a BSc in Environmental and Marine Science (Murdoch Uni) and a Post Grad Dip. in Geographic Information Science (Curtin) as well as Cert IV in Work Health and Safety and Frontline Management, and Lead Auditor in ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.
Her career over the last 20 years has included:
- Creating fauna habitat zones and assisting in dieback interpretation and mapping for the Forest Management Branch (State Government – Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions)
- Developing and implementing local government environmental management systems (ISO14001), council policies and plans e.g. environment policy, urban forest strategy, coastal risk mitigation, climate protection, etc. (City of Joondalup, City of Perth, City of Wanneroo)
- Environmental consulting for private developers in acid sulphate soils, foreshore management, flora and fauna surveys, and contaminated soil remediation
- Provision of environmental advice for the oil and gas industry (Chevron, Barrow Island), energy industry (Synergy), and waste industry (Toxfree/Cleanaway)
Sayali Talvelkar
MSc (Environmental Science), BE (Instrumentation and Control Engineering)
Graduate Environmental Scientist
Sayali is an enthusiastic graduate Environmental Scientist, beginning her career at Lundstrom Environmental Consultants. She has a Master of Environmental Management, majoring in Land and Water Management. Throughout her degree, she has undertaken subjects related to Advanced Land Use and Management, Environmental Assessment, Soil Dynamics, Decision Strategies for Biodiversity Conservation, Biotechnology in Natural Environments, GIS Applications, and Land Rehabilitation.
